Thank you so much for this video! I wanted to make some small and medium-sized bonsai pots, and hadn't found what type of cement to use. Someone told me Portland cement is the best for flower pots, but you mention Type M mortar. I looked on my local Home Depot app, and just found out that Quikrete Mortar Mix is the Type M, I'm excited now!

Hello..I luv this video...I've had my desert rose since 2016...I'm so afraid of trimming it....nvr hav but want to..it's beautiful but a lil leggy....right now there's no flowers would it b ok to trim it now even tho it's nearly july...thank you

An easier way to reinforce the support stand would be to put wire fencing or chicken wire between the molds instead in truing to put all the wire in by hand.

I really liked the texture on the inside of the support stand! Too bad no one will see it.

What brand of cement do you recommend? Do you buy it from a local big store like Lowe’s or Home Depot? What is the sand, mortar sand? I know there’s difference. Don’t want to mess up.

Doesn’t potting mix for plant hold too much water? Any root rot. ? I have seen cactus potting mix add perlite for adenium.

That edging used to pack soil around high roots is next level genius. I have been trying to develop beefy root structure but the surface roots always dry out. Good thinking Sony!
